[Dailydrool] My dogs and the neighbor

We have a rather sweet interaction going on between our dogs and a tenant neighbor in an apartment in the house next door.

when the new tenant moved into the basement apartment of our next door neighbor, we were a little worried. His apartment windows are eye level to our yard, only about six feet apart from our chain link fence and the neighbor has a hefty, butch,  not neutered male pitbull (to whom Mariah took immediate offense.) But this guy is great.  He started a charm offensive with my crew immediately, giving my three Girls treats through the fence (with permission) almost immediately, with his diffident and somewhat leery pit beside him.  My girls love him now and ignore the pit.  I am so impressed.

He tells me the girls have become voyeurs, however.  they line up at the fence when he is home and peer at him through his bedroom window (like vultures). Fortunately, his girlfriend thinks this is hilarious.  Thay have recently put up curtains.
