[Dailydrool] Dog packs

I don't have a pack, per se, only two and they are brothers from the same litter.  Rooney, who has always been about 20 lbs smaller than Fitz, was always the alpha and bell hound of the two up until he started suffering from seizures about two years ago.  Now Fitz is the obvious alpha.  I don't know if it's because of Rooney's health or age or if his seizure meds just make him more laid back.  He seems to just really not care anymore and the change in personality does make me a little sad.  Of course they are seniors now at the age of 12.  Curious if anyone else has noticed a shift in pecking order with age?
