Hi all,

I am also guilty of not posting too often.  I have the Senior Houndsabound
FB page and 

stay busy promoting on there.  FB does give one the ability for much more
exposure..and having said that, 

I need to remember my roots to this group.  I apologize.  I found this
group, probably back in early 2000's.  I remember signing up and then
getting the emails or digest, not sure and then going in to turn off the
emails, because I could not understand/read "bassetese".  It frustrated me
so much, I went without the DD for several years.  I think I turned it back
on when I started Senior Houndsabound, and I met Debbie W and many more fine
folks and their hounds.  Reading about Clara helped me get more comfortable
reading bassetese and I found if I read aloud, I understood much easier!
Lol,  now it is second nature when someone lets their hound write in to
decipher it!  And I love being a part of this group!

So, having said that, I commit to being on here more.
