[Dailydrool] Confused

Mabel is a lovable 11 yr old who is acting very strange. She seems confused
when waking and doesn't know where we are sometimes, even though we are in
her sight and maybe four feet away. Yes, she has cateracts, but sees well
enough. She can hear her food dish three rooms away! Any ideas?
Help would be appreciated.
