[Dailydrool] Unsocialised dogs

Little Athena is a sweetheart. But she is sooo scared of everything.I have never had a dog so completely unsocialised.
I want her to understand most people are friendly, whatever their size, but her default position is crouched on the floor shaking - even if they are offering treats.
Does anyone know how I can help her feel more confident?
