[Dailydrool] Blanca, day two happenings.

 Blanca again has showed us how spoiled we were by Millie who was a senior and never did anything that was bad or naughty.  Today she out did herself and let us know that we have a new, young and true basset in the house.  Took her for a long, long walk this morning and laid down right away when we got home.  I figured that she was tired out and was content to  rest.  I was working on my semi-monthly bills  and had them all laid out on the table with the amount owed in the bills in cash.  I also  had some other cash and a pack of 50 $1.00 on the table.  I gave her two treats and Kathy and I  went out to lunch so I did not have to put everything away to eat at home.  We had a wonderful lunch and when we got home I heard Kathy say in a loud voice "Douglas come in the kitchen".  Started for the kitchen and found the pack of dollar bills strewn over the dining room rug.  Got to the kitchen and found all my bills scattered  on the floor  and the cash all over, too.  She apparently did not like being walk out on.  It was a real mess and set me back about 30 minutes.  I had to recount all the cash and match the cash with the bills.  Millie had had lulled us into  a felling of comfort and complacency that Blanca has in two days destroyed.  We now have to be on our toes with her now.  She is like Ben and we have to adapt to  that.
