[Dailydrool] surprise heat before spay

I am a very quiet drooler who enjoys every post. 
Now I am looking for some advice. My girl has started a heat cycle before her spay appointment. I have had three females before but have not ever experienced a heat cycle. 
Any sage advice of how to manage? She has a litter mate sister, who I hope will hold off LOL.
