Hello from Chomper,

We have a dog who is staying at our house.  A dog house guest.  Snoopy says she is a foster and to ignore her unless she is in my way but I can’t she has an incision (actually2 incisions) and I want to sniff them.   Actually she will let me sniff them but then I don’t want to stop sniffing them and she gets upset.  Snoopy either ignores her or howls at her (like yesterday I spooked her and she went to jump up on the couch and landed right on TOP of Snoopy and he howled but everyone was fine).

She is named Samantha and she likes to pal around with me.  We lay down together and we run around together until my clueless momPerson tells me to stop it because I get all riled up and excited and start nipping at her heels and... yeah. 

Yesteraday was Shabbat and Shabbat is very exciting at our house because food is cooked all afternoon   They start cooking and just keep making dishes until they run out of time because the sun is down and they have to light candles.  And then they eat all the food. Understandably there are usually lots of people around, everyone is welcome on Shabbat.   Hey you should come.  Yesterday after we hounds ate, Samantha went to her room because momPersons thought Shabbat would be too exciting.  Samantha is a foody.   After dinner was served and most of the people couldn’t eat anymore momPerson let Samantha out to socialize. She did really well, was calm and sweet even with the people she didn’t know. But then she went on a mission to steal the rest of the challah (she had her first challah last night, boys oh boy) and so she went back to her room until everything was cleared and the guests went home. 

Everyone says she is very adoptable.  MomPerson told the coordinator if that’s the case they better get her adopted while she is still available for adoption.  Whatever that means.  Snoopy says look out because if you’re not careful this is how you end up with a sister.  Says it’s happened to him.  Twice
