Our Nellie has had a spell of these.  The vet suggested Solid Gold
Cranberry chews and she loves them.  Too soon to tell if it is working.  We
also got doggie wipes which we use daily.  She has had x-rays, etc. and no
stones thankfully.

I love the post about doggie water  (hot dog water), excellent idea!
