[Dailydrool] dog abuse

this is Mariah. I went to the vet yesterday because my allergies to something outside have kicked up. I got a shot. Not terrible, though not great. but listen to this. The vet told my mom to give me a bath every other day with a special shampoo. where do I report dog abuse?
