  It is with great sadness that I report the passing of my sweet old gal ANNIE,  she was 14  years and 5 months, I originally joined the drool after the loss of my first Basset, Lucy back in 2006, someone told me about the drool and I decided to join, I learned so much about the breed and everyone was very helpful when my Maggie got cancer. Maggie left for the rainbow bridge at the age of 7 and Annie is her sibling.  after Maggie passed, I got a 10 week old puppy that we named Hannah, I never shared Hannah on the drool, because I decided to leave after someone got nasty. I never considered myself a part of the drool family again. I just felt compelled to share the passing of my Annie , she was my true last connection with the daily drool
