Our rule is no walkies if it is not at least 20 degrees. 

We are lucky here in Utah, we have dry cold and it isn't as bad. Not a one 

has ever shown signs of being cold, even when we are in a snowstorm and wet. 

They do not do as well if it is hot, and neither do I. 

If it is too cold, they do walk funny, and I think it hurts their feet. The 

20 degree rule is mainly because of the feet. All of mine do appreciate 

very much being towel dried when they arrive home from a walk WET.
